Your rights as a Temporary Foreign Worker (related to your closed work permit and your employment contract).

This session will provide a clear and practical presentation on:

• employer obligations under the immigration program;
• conditions of the closed work permit;
• the possibility of changing employers or positions;
• your rights and obligations according to your employment contract and the law.

These sessions will be offered in two languages: French and Spanish.
