InfoTET – Third Quarterly Meeting of the Year in Montreal: A Space for Dialogue, Learning, and Collaboration

On September 17, Immigrant Québec and the InfoTET Québec team successfully held their third quarterly meeting of the year in Montreal—a day dedicated to strengthening collaborative work among the various stakeholders who support temporary foreign workers (TFWs) in Quebec.

More than just a meeting, the event became a true space for dialogue, reflection, and collective action. The active participation of representatives from community organizations, public institutions, sector professionals, and individuals committed to the well-being of TFWs was essential to the success of the day.

A Sincere Thank You

On behalf of Immigrant Québec and the InfoTET Québec team, we express our sincere gratitude to everyone who attended and participated. Your engagement, interest, and collaboration were key to enriching the discussions and generating new ideas to benefit temporary foreign workers.

We are especially thankful to those who contributed as speakers and presenters, generously sharing their time, experiences, and expertise. The quality of their contributions greatly enhanced the value of the event for all participants.

Together, for Better Support of TFWs

This type of meeting is essential to strengthening the support, assistance, and guidance mechanisms offered to temporary foreign workers throughout their journey in Quebec.

Through close collaboration between community organizations, institutions, and key partners, we can respond more effectively to the real needs of TFWs—whether it’s one-on-one support, access to reliable information about their rights and obligations, or facilitation of services in areas such as health, housing, and employment.

Each meeting is an opportunity to listen to those working on the ground, share best practices, and find concrete solutions that benefit workers.

Thank you for being an active part of this program, which—with dedication and empathy—supports, guides, and accompanies TFWs on their integration journey in Quebec.
