Se trata de un r\u00e9gimen p\u00fablico de pensiones que tiene como objetivo proporcionar ingresos a las personas que han cotizado al r\u00e9gimen cuando se jubilan.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las cotizaciones al RRQ se realizan a trav\u00e9s de tu salario y, cuando eres un trabajador asalariado, <\/span><b>una parte de la cotizaci\u00f3n es pagada por ti y otra parte por tu empleador<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
