The length of your vacation mainly depends on your length of continuous service, and vacation pay is calculated based on the gross wages earned during the reference year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At a minimum:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Less than 1 year of service:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 1 day for each full month of service, up to a maximum of 2 weeks, with vacation pay equal to 4% of eligible wages.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>From 1 to less than 3 years of service:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 2 weeks of vacation, with vacation pay equal to 4%.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>3 years or more of service:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 3 weeks of vacation, with vacation pay equal to 6%.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are the minimum standards. Your employer may offer more favourable conditions. Your employer must inform you of your vacation dates at least <\/span><b>4 weeks in advance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.
