Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec<\/b><\/a> and the <\/span>InfoTET<\/b><\/a> Qu\u00e9bec team successfully held their quarterly meeting on March 24, this time in the city of Drummondville. This key event was dedicated to strengthening collaboration among stakeholders who support temporary foreign workers (TFWs) across the province.<\/span><\/p>\n

This type of meeting provides a valuable space for exchange, learning, and coordination among organizations committed to supporting TFWs. Throughout the day, several topics were addressed, including employment, labor rights, and access to services, helping to better understand the realities and challenges faced by workers in different regions of Quebec.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

From the <\/span>InfoTET<\/b><\/a> team at <\/span>Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec<\/b><\/a> perspective, these meetings are essential for continuing to develop tools, content, and initiatives that are better aligned with the real needs of TFWs. The workshops and discussions directly contribute to strengthening the capacity of the teams that support them on a daily basis.<\/span><\/p>\n

Several organizations shared their expertise during the event, including <\/span>\u00a0<\/span>Service Canada<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>Actions interculturelles de d\u00e9veloppement et d\u2019\u00e9ducation (AIDE)<\/b><\/a>, la <\/b>CNESST<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>Justice Pro Bono<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>CAFLA<\/b><\/a> y la <\/b>Fondation Oscar Romero<\/b><\/a>, <\/b>Droit \u00e0 l\u2019emploi (service L\u2019ANCRE)<\/b><\/a>. <\/span>Their commitment plays a key role in improving access to reliable information and adapted services.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
