In 2025, InfoTET d\u2019Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec had the honor of participating in the <\/span>Kermesse de No\u00ebl 2025<\/b>, organized by the <\/span>Centre d\u2019aide aux familles latino-am\u00e9ricaines (CAFLA)<\/b>, with the presence of the <\/span>Service d\u2019Interpr\u00e8te, d\u2019Aide et de R\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux Immigrants (SIARI)<\/b>. This celebration was intended for a <\/span>specific group of Savoura\u2019s temporary foreign agricultural workers,<\/b> offering them a space to share, enjoy, and celebrate the Christmas season together.<\/span><\/p>\n

At <\/span>InfoTET<\/b> d\u2019Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec, we believe that moments like this are essential to <\/span>strengthening the well-being and integration of temporary foreign agricultural workers in Qu\u00e9bec. <\/b>Our participation made it possible to provide resources, guidance, and visibility regarding the rights and supports available to this group of workers, so they can fully benefit from community services and feel recognized and valued.<\/span><\/p>\n

The kermesse was filled with <\/span>joy, games, contests, delicious meals, and gifts for everyone, <\/b>creating a warm and festive atmosphere. The presence of <\/span>SIARI<\/b> was essential to ensure effective communication and provide linguistic support, reinforcing our mission to <\/span>support temporary foreign workers in their daily lives in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Beyond a moment of entertainment, this event was a<\/span> recognition of the effort and commitment of agricultural workers,<\/b> offering a space for meeting, exchange, and strengthening support networks within the community.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was also an opportunity <\/span>to distribute the new edition of the information guide intended for TETs,<\/b> handed out by <\/span>Jonathan Buitrago,<\/b> Regional Coordinator of InfoTET Qu\u00e9bec. This direct exchange made it possible to answer their questions, listen to their experiences, and better understand their needs. These warm interactions are at the heart of our mission: <\/span>to support and provide tools to temporary foreign workers throughout their journey in Qu\u00e9bec.<\/b><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
