Ces projets viseront \u00e0 soutenir, informer et accompagner les travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires affect\u00e9s par la COVID-19, en particulier dans le secteur agricole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ainsi, ces projets seront financ\u00e9s par des fonds f\u00e9d\u00e9raux, au moyen d\u2019accords auxiliaires conclus entre les organismes retenus et Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les objectifs attendus<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Les projets recevables pourront prendre des formes vari\u00e9es, mais seront soumis \u00e0 un imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019ach\u00e8vement au 30&nbsp;juin 2021, date de fin du mandat d\u2019Immigrant Qu\u00e9bec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ils devront imp\u00e9rativement tendre vers les objectifs suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>accro\u00eetre le niveau d\u2019information des travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires sur leurs droits et responsabilit\u00e9s dans le contexte de la COVID-19, et les mettre au besoin en relation avec les ressources en lien avec leur situation (emploi, sant\u00e9, famille, etc.)<\/li><li>favoriser l\u2019autonomie et l\u2019inclusion sociale des travailleurs \u00e9trangers<\/li><li>d\u00e9velopper des services compl\u00e9mentaires aux travailleurs \u00e9trangers, afin de mieux int\u00e9grer les nouvelles contraintes li\u00e9es \u00e0 la pand\u00e9mie, en particulier de communication.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Une attention particuli\u00e8re sera \u00e9galement port\u00e9e aux projets adress\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard des travailleurs du secteur agricole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les conditions pour participer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">L\u2019appel \u00e0 projets est lanc\u00e9 aupr\u00e8s des OBNL \u00e9tablis au Qu\u00e9bec, qui sont capables \u00e0 la fois&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>d\u2019offrir un soutien direct aux travailleurs \u00e9trangers temporaires, et<\/li><li>de permettre aux personnes concern\u00e9es d\u2019en b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier en dehors des heures normales de travail, y compris durant la fin de semaine.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Chaque projet retenu recevra une participation financi\u00e8re, dont les modalit\u00e9s sont pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment circonscrites dans les formulaires de soumission. On notera ici que la subvention ne pourra exc\u00e9der la somme de 300\u2009000&nbsp;$ par projet. De m\u00eame, les d\u00e9penses admissibles ne pourront avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait l\u2019objet d\u2019une aide en provenance d\u2019un autre programme, et elles devront avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9es entre la signature de l\u2019entente et le 30&nbsp;juin 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment soumettre votre projet\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Vous avez un projet et souhaitez valider que vous remplissez les conditions requises\u2009?
