A contract is a legal document that contains the details of the working conditions that both you and your employer have agreed to. Both of you must respect the conditions in this agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The only exception is if you were hired as a high-wage temporary foreign worker. In this case, you are not required to have a contract, though it is still recommended to have one. Celles-ci comprennent les d\u00e9ductions \u00e0 la source pour les imp\u00f4ts, le R\u00e9gime de pensions du Canada et l\u2019assurance-emploi.
